About the Role
We are seeking passionate educators to fill various teaching positions across Michigan K-12 schools. These roles are ideal for individuals committed to fostering student growth and achieving academic excellence in diverse learning environments.
Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences.
- Establish and communicate clear objectives for all learning activities.
- Assess and record student progress, providing timely and constructive feedback.
- Manage student behavior in the classroom by establishing and enforcing rules and procedures.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and administrators to support student learning and development.
- Participate in departmental and school meetings, as well as professional development opportunities.
- Integrate technology effectively into the curriculum to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.
Requirements
- Valid Michigan teaching certification or eligibility for alternative certification.
- Demonstrated knowledge of subject matter and effective teaching strategies.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to ongoing professional growth and development.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field (required).
- Master’s degree in Education or specialized subject area (preferred).
- Prior teaching experience in K-12 settings (preferred but not required for alternative certification candidates).
