The Athletic Coaching position offers:

- Supervision and administration of the team, including budget management and fundraising efforts.
- Uniform and equipment maintenance and tracking, as well as planning the end of season awards program.
- Communication with parents and students regarding scheduling for athletic events, including officials and facilities.
- Instruction to student-athletes on the fundamentals, details, and strategies of the sport.

What You’ll Do
As a Middle School & High School Athletic Coach, you will:
- Develop a team/program that is values-driven and supports Summit’s mission of College, Character, and Community.
- Model Summit’s values and behaviors.
- Supervise and administer the team, including budget management and fundraising efforts.
- Manage uniform and equipment maintenance and track the end of season awards program.
- Communicate with parents and students regarding scheduling for athletic events, including officials and facilities.
- Provide instruction to student-athletes on the fundamentals, details, and strategies of the sport.
What You Need
- A commitment to Summit’s values and belief that all children deserve a rigorous and equitable education that prepares them for college and for life.
- A passion for education and physical education/sports.
- Prior coaching experience is preferred.
- A clear health and background check.
