Essential Duties
Maintain and support the academic progress of athletes.
Supervise and instruct athletes in the fundamentals and specific aspects of the program.
Adhere to the rules of the game and school policies.
Keep updated records of team members and athletes.
Create a safe and respectful environment for athletes.
Plan and organize regular practice sessions with an emphasis on conditioning and individual improvement.
Promote injury prevention and care.
Attend and interpret sports rules annually.
Comply with eligibility rules and assist in student counseling.
Collect and maintain required records and schedules.
Establish and enforce an awards policy.
Develop and distribute team expectations.
