Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Complete assigned back-office work queues to resolve Athlete issues efficiently and accurately.
• This includes but is not limited to gift card support, DSG T2 assignment groups, and department owned inboxes.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation for all interactions.
• Correspond with Athletes via email, providing timely follow-up and ensuring all interactions are fully resolved.
• Ensure all SLAs and productivity expectations for backlog and queue management are met, completing at least 50 interactions per day.

Cross-Functional Partnership

• Collaborate with internal supervisor team to resolve complex issues.
• Communicate via email and internal platforms to gather information and drive resolution.
• Share insights and trends weekly with supervisors to improve processes and athlete experience.

Team Engagement & Continuous Improvement

• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and process improvement initiatives.
• Contribute ideas to enhance back-office workflows and overall athlete satisfaction.

Qualifications

• A High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel)
• Experience with CRM tools, order management systems, and shipping platforms (e.g., FedEx, UPS) preferred
• Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume workload
• Effective written communication skills for internal and documented interactions
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a structured environment
• Team-oriented mindset with a focus on collaboration
• Adaptability in a fast-paced, process-driven environment
