Responsibilities

Leads & Territories: I assign you company‑provided leads and neighborhoods to work. Your job is to knock the doors and run the system. You’re not buying your own leads.

Step‑by‑Step Training: From unlicensed beginner to running your own appointments, you’ll get licensing guidance, product training, and door‑to‑door scripts so you’re never guessing alone.

Mentorship & Leadership: My leadership team and I run regular calls, ride‑alongs, and field coaching so you always know your next best move.

Proven System: You plug into the same process I used to build an 8‑figure team across multiple states. You focus on the reps; the system handles the rest.

Real Career Path: Clear milestones from new agent to team leader and beyond, with increasing responsibility and overrides as you grow.
