Job Summary

You’re hungry to earn more than an hourly wage, okay with door-to-door work and talking to strangers all day, coachable and willing to follow a proven script and system, want company-provided leads instead of asking friends and family, want mentorship from someone who’s built an 8-figure agency, and want a salary or guaranteed paycheck. Responsibilities

• I assign you company-provided leads and neighborhoods to work. Your job is to knock the doors and run the system. You’re not buying your own leads.
• From unlicensed beginner to running your own appointments, you’ll get licensing guidance, product training, and door-to-door scripts so you’re never guessing alone.
• Your leadership team and I run regular calls, ride-alongs, and field coaching so you always know your next best move.
• You plug into the same process I used to build an 8-figure team across multiple states. You focus on the reps; the system handles the rest.
• Clear milestones from new agent to team leader and beyond, with increasing responsibility and overrides as you grow.
