Athlete Advisor (Sales Associate, Part-Time)

About the role

As a Wilson Retail Athlete Advisor you represent the Wilson brand to customers and the community, creating an exceptional athlete experience by educating shoppers on high‑performance sportswear and racket equipment. You are knowledgeable about tennis and racket sports and foster a welcoming, inclusive environment in the store.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional athlete experiences every day, every shift.
• Handle cash and register transactions.
• Manage inventory and replenish sales‑floor items.
• Conduct regular floor walks to keep the store clean, tidying throughout the day.
• Support store projects and brand initiatives.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product education on the latest equipment and sportswear.
• Merchandise the store for ease of shopping, education, and visual appeal.
• Maintain open and transparent communication with your team and store leadership.
• Participate in monthly team tennis lessons.

Qualifications

• Experience in a sales, retail, or customer‑service environment.
• Passion for delivering an exceptional consumer experience every day.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in helping every athlete who walks into the store.
• Self‑driven, comfortable with autonomy, and thrives in an entrepreneurial setting.
• Values bold ideas, continuous progress, and acts with integrity and respect.

Pay

The pay range for this role is $18‑$21.
