The achievers and courageous challenge-crushers we seek, have the following characteristics and skills We are seeking a highly experienced Semiconductor Test Development Engineer with deep expertise in mixed-signal and high-precision analog device testing. The successful candidate will develop, debug, optimize, and support production test solutions using the Teradyne J750 platform with the CTO option. Required Qualifications 15+ years of semiconductor test-development experienceExtensive hands-on experience with the Teradyne J750 ATE platformPractical experience using the J750 CTO optionStrong mixed-signal test-development experience, particularly with high-precision analog devicesProficiency in Visual Basic, C++, scripting languages, and firmware developmentExperience developing, debugging, characterizing, and optimizing semiconductor test programsStrong knowledge of test methodologies, measurement accuracy, test coverage, correlation, and production test requirementsAbility to diagnose complex hardware, software, and device-related test issuesStrong written and verbal communication skillsMust possess or be able to obtain a visa permitting business travel to the United States Preferred Experience Test-time optimization and yield improvementDevice characterization and production-test correlationDebugging test hardware, load boards, and device interface boardsSupporting test-program transfer and deployment across international engineering or manufacturing locations Work Experience Pay Range: $80k - $130K Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan. Work Requirements This role is considered an on-site position located in Andover, MA You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours.
