ATE - Remote Center Manager

About the role

ATE provides fast and accurate vehicle diagnostic scanning and calibration services to hundreds of customers. Our mission is to ensure repairs are safe and that vehicles operate as intended by the manufacturer.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and calibrate vehicles using advanced diagnostic tools
• Ensure all repairs meet safety standards and manufacturer specifications
• Communicate effectively with customers about vehicle issues and solutions
• Train new employees and assist with ongoing skill development

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in automotive repair or related field
• Proficiency with vehicle diagnostic equipment and software
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Pay

The posted minimum and maximum pay rates are USD $100,000.00/Yr. and USD $125,000.00/Yr., respectively. Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, relevant certifications, and qualifications.

Schedule

Flexible schedule to accommodate shifts including evenings and weekends.
