ATE - Field Apprentice

About the role

ATE provides fast and accurate vehicle diagnostic scanning and calibration services to hundreds of customers. Founded in 2019, ATE focuses on technological and electrical repair expertise in the collision industry, adapting to the rapid changes in vehicle technology.

Responsibilities

• Ensure repairs are safe and meet manufacturer specifications
• Provide hands-on training from experienced field technicians
• Learn diagnostics, calibrations/programming, scanning, wire/connector repair
• Work with basic automotive technology principles

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Prior experience in Automotive Technology Support
• Strong technological skills (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word)
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication abilities (written and verbal)
• Problem-solving capabilities
