About the role
ATE provides fast and accurate vehicle diagnostic scanning and calibration services to hundreds of customers. Founded in 2019, ATE focuses on technological and electrical repair expertise in the collision industry, addressing the need for up-to-date knowledge in rapidly evolving vehicle technologies.
Responsibilities
- Ensure repairs are safe and meet manufacturer specifications
- Provide hands-on training from experienced field technicians
- Learn diagnostics, calibrations/programming, scanning, and wire/connector repair
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- Prior experience in Automotive Technology Support
- Strong technological skills (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal
- Problem-solving capabilities
