About the role

ATE provides fast and accurate vehicle diagnostic scanning and calibration services to hundreds of customers. Founded in 2019, ATE focuses on technological and electrical repair expertise in the collision industry, adapting to the rapid changes in vehicle technology.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure repairs are safe and that vehicles operate as intended by the manufacturer.
  • Provide hands-on training from experienced field technicians to become a stand-alone technician.
  • Learn diagnostics, calibrations/programming, scanning, wire/connector repair, and other automotive technology basics.
  • Work with high-quality controls and maintain high standards.

Requirements

  • A High School diploma or GED.
  • Experience in Automotive Technology.
  • Strong technological skills, including Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word, etc.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Problem-solving capabilities.
