ATE (Automated Test Equipment) Project Technical Lead IV

About the role

Seeking a senior ATE Project Lead to support ATE development in the Textron Weapon Systems Line of Business. Applicants should have a strong background in all aspects of Test Equipment development and possess a demonstrated ability in leading technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, integrate, and deploy Automated Test Equipment
• Lead technical project work
• Support team’s Cost Account Management (CAM) activities
• Maintain all aspects of project execution in accordance with established cost, schedule, and technical requirements of the program
• Oversee status reporting of Integrated Master Schedules in an Earned Value Management System (EVMS)

Qualifications

• Required Education / Skills: Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering or Scientific field, Minimum of ten (10) years of ATE development, including prior technical leadership and Cost Account Management
• Required Related Skills: Strong oral and written communication, Strong interpersonal skills, Strong computer skills in preparing professional reports, documents, and presentations
• Security Clearance: An existing U.S. Security Clearance is desired. The ability to obtain one is required.

Pay

The pay range should be used as a general guide only. Compensation is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. In compliance with the local pay transparency law, the pay range for this position is $130,100 - $198,500 per year.
