Responsibilities

• Litigation support for legal entities across various sectors (construction contracts, leasing, tax, land, corporate relations, etc.);
• Analysis and drafting of contracts;
• Client communication and legal consultations;
• Preparation of legal opinions on complex legal issues.

Requirements

• Higher legal education (Ural State Law University);
• At least 2 years of experience in the legal field;
• Strong knowledge of procedural, civil, corporate, tax, and land legislation;
• Creative approach to problem-solving and flexibility;
• Excellent oral and written communication skills;
• Desire to grow and develop in the legal profession.
