About the role

Prime Wireless, an AT&T Authorized Retailer, is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Wireless Retail Assistant Store Manager. The ideal candidate will support the Store Manager, inspire the sales team, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and achieve outstanding sales results.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the store manager to train, mentor, and motivate a team of wireless sales consultants
• Consistently meet and exceed store sales goals
• Afford assistance in overseeing daily store operations, including inventory control, merchandising, cash handling, and compliance
• Maintain a welcoming environment and ensure the team delivers outstanding customer service to build local loyalty

Qualifications

• Retail wireless sales preferred (AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Spectrum, Xfinty Mobile, etc.)
• Familiarity with smartphones, tablets, wearables, accessories, WiFi systems, internet solutions, and entertainment/ streaming services
• Exceptional communication and a proven ability to drive revenue growth
