About the role
Join our Air Mobility Development Department's Contract & Business Development Group to lead business development and sales contract work for electric vertical takeoff and landing (eVTOL) vehicles. This position requires collaboration with sales/business development colleagues to advance business initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop new business models and business schemes for air mobility (flying cars) within the industry
- Participate in initial stages of customer/partner negotiations to drive the establishment of a viable business model
- Lead negotiations on various conditions including pricing, delivery dates, after-sales service, and warranty content
- Drive contract closure and manage post-contract fulfillment, making necessary changes and updates as needed
Requirements
- At least 3 years of practical experience in sales or business development within manufacturing, from negotiation to contract closure
- Or at least 3 years of practical experience in the business planning department within manufacturing
Qualifications
- Experience in selling, leasing, maintenance, and supply contracts for the aviation industry
- Experience in complex B2B negotiations and project management for international customers
- Experience in contract operations within legal departments, or as a lawyer
- Experience in project management
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Business-level English proficiency
Skills
- Subject matter expertise in air mobility and eVTOL vehicle development
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Pay
Estimated annual salary: 8 million yen - 13 million yen
Monthly salary: 667,000 yen ~ 1,084,000 yen
Fixed overtime compensation: 45 hours, 230,950 yen ~ 375,239 yen
Schedule
Flexible working hours, no core working hours. Standard working hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (with a 60-minute break)
Location
Office locations in Tokyo, Nagoya, and Osaka. Remote work is possible for the initial period depending on personal preference.
