Responsibilities

• Track and analyze global fashion trends and client needs
• Research references and create mood boards for upcoming collections
• Develop collections and product assortments in collaboration with the creative director; work with the assortment matrix
• Source and select fabrics and accessories for designs; order samples from suppliers (ability to attend international fabric exhibitions with the owner is a plus)
• Develop garment models, create and test women’s clothing samples
• Conduct fittings and make adjustments until models are approved
• Coordinate with production teams
• Control the quality of finished products
• Explore new techniques and materials for collections

Requirements

• Relevant education (fashion design, garment construction)
• Experience in a similar role
• Creativity and genuine passion for fashion
• Organized, highly responsible, independent, and detail-oriented
• Non-confrontational attitude
• Age and gender do not matter; enthusiasm for the work is key
