About the role

Korban Ali Engineering Works, a renowned contracting establishment in Chittagong, is urgently hiring experienced personnel for the following position. The role involves overseeing and managing the fabrication and erection of steel structures, installation and precise alignment of heavy industrial machinery, and managing ducting and piping fabrication and installation projects.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the fabrication and erection of steel structures.
• Plan, implement, and monitor the installation and precise alignment of heavy industrial machinery.
• Manage ducting and piping fabrication and installation projects.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams to ensure projects are completed on time.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate project terms, and handle client billing.
• Monitor project progress, work quality, safety, and cost control.
• Ensure projects are completed within scheduled timelines and budget.
• Lead and motivate the project team while maintaining effective communication among all stakeholders.
• Prepare project reports and properly maintain necessary documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
• 10–12 years of experience.
