About the role

Naria Unnayan Samity (NUSA) is working on implementing various social development projects alongside the Sunam microfinance program in different districts of Bangladesh including Shuriyatpur, Maderipur, Chandpur, Faridpur, Barishal, and Munshiganj. Currently, the organization is hiring some number of junior project managers for vacant positions.

Responsibilities

• Regular disbursing of loans and distributing loans among members.
• Creating a list of prospective members for new committees.
• Maintaining coordination with branch managers and accountants for loan disbursement.
• Presenting reports to the appointed staff.
• Implementing microfinance programs within the community and office premises.
• Performing other tasks as provided by the organization.

Requirements

• Experience: Bachelor's degree in Arts.
• Skills: Proficiency in Bangla, administrative tasks, technical support.
• Nice-to-have: Negotiation skills, department management, telephone skills, back office operations, daily operations, and daily operations management.
