About the role

DISA is a national-level non-governmental development organization (MRA Certificate No. 01306-00480-00024) that has been implementing microfinance and other development activities for the past 33 years to alleviate poverty. The organization currently operates microfinance programs across 19 districts in Bangladesh through 111 branches, aiming to improve the livelihoods of the impoverished population.

Selected candidates will be stationed directly in the field to distribute loans, collect repayments, and manage savings activities among rural communities.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor of Management (B.Mgmt.) degree
