About the role
IKLPA collaborates through short-term or mid-to-long-term project-based engagements. Volunteering is structured as activities with clear objectives and scopes, not as simple auxiliary roles. Participation is open to individuals who wish to contribute their skills in areas such as labor rights, human rights, data, translation, research, content creation, design, and IT.
Engagement can take the form of project-based participation or volunteering for a defined period. The scope, duration, and expected roles will be communicated in advance.
Compensation & Recognition
Volunteering is unpaid in principle, but some projects may offer a nominal activity fee or transition into a contractual arrangement. Upon request, a certificate of participation will be provided after the activity concludes.
Important Notes
- Volunteers are not employees or representatives of IKLPA and do not assume legal responsibilities on its behalf.
- Information learned during activities must not be shared externally.
