Primary Responsibilities
- Assist the client with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as specified in the client’s plan of care.
- Perform medication assistance, housekeeping services, laundry, meal preparation, feeding, shopping, transportation to and from appointments, and companionship.
- Report daily activity to your supervisor through the agency management system and daily activity logs.
- Communicate with clients and supervisors using various methods such as phone calls, emails, agency app, face to face, etc.

- Good communication skills

- Demonstrate proficiency with Homecare Company Management System—ClearCare
