We provide end-to-end real estate solutions for companies and investors entering the U.S. market, covering investment, development, EPC, and asset management. Our projects include U.S. market expansion for global companies, commercial real estate and hotel development, investment advisory for UHNWI clients, and large-scale AI data center developments. Backed by trusted partnerships with leading institutions and global enterprises, we continue to expand our capabilities across U.S. real estate and large-scale development projects. As of 2026, we have officially begun preparing for our IPO while accelerating our global expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare architectural design documents and manage technical specifications for new construction and renovation projects
  • Lead zoning analysis, land use change processes, and permitting approvals based on U.S. building codes and local regulations
  • Enhance project value through architectural and interior design solutions while reflecting client requirements and project goals
  • Review MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) and structural engineering inputs, and manage overall design coordination
  • Collaborate with local U.S. architectural partners, consultants, and global teams to ensure design quality assurance and integrated project delivery

  • 미국 현지 건축 파트너, 컨설턴트 및 글로벌 팀과의 협업 기반 설계 품질 보증 및 프로젝트 연계 지원

Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience in U.S. architectural design and permitting processes
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
  • Strong understanding of U.S. building codes (IBC, ADA) and local jurisdiction requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in architectural design contexts
  • Fluent communication skills in both Korean and English

  • 영어 기반 커뮤니케이션 및 설계 도서 작성 역량 보유자

Preferred Qualifications

  • U.S. architectural license (or equivalent professional certification) preferred
  • Experience in commercial real estate or large-scale development projects
  • U.S. education background or prior architectural work experience in the United States
  • 미국 건축 면허 또는 관련 자격증 보유자
  • 상업용 부동산 또는 대규모 개발 프로젝트 설계 경험자
  • 미국 소재 대학(원) 졸업자 또는 미국 현지 설계 경험자
