Ast. Program Manager ICF-IID

Full-time position located at an ICF-IID home for individuals whose primary diagnosis is intellectual and developmental disabilities in Martinsville, VA.

About the role

Assist the Program Manager in providing supervision and development to other staff while ensuring the program operates effectively.

Responsibilities

• Audit resident records to ensure compliance
• Assist in ensuring the program plan identifies active treatment of the residents

Requirements

• Ability to work on a diverse team
• Shift flexibility to work rotating shifts weekly
• Associate's Degree preferred
• At least five years of documented residential experience working directly with individuals with ID/DD or other developmental disability preferred
• At least one year of supervisory experience
• Experience in the human services field with knowledge of ICF-IID policies
• Good documentation skills and proficiency using computers
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
