About the role
The Department of Pathology, Immunology and Laboratory Medicine at the University of Florida College of Medicine, Gainesville, FL, seeks an academic Head and Neck and/or Pulmonary Pathologist.
Responsibilities
- Mainly sign-out within their subspecialty
- Tumor board and clinical conferences
- Frozen section and AP call coverage
- Contribute to medical student, resident and fellowship training
- Contribute to scholarly study and investigation
- Possibility of departmental leadership role in Thoracic pathology
Requirements
- M.D. or D.O. degree
- Board certification in Anatomic Pathology or AP/CP
- Florida Medical license
- Subspecialty fellowship training or experience in head and neck or pulmonary pathology
