About the role

The role of Assurance Senior involves providing high-level assurance services to clients. This includes leading engagements, managing teams, and delivering comprehensive financial advisory solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead complex assurance engagements, ensuring compliance with professional standards and client expectations.
  • Manage and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and deliver financial advisory solutions tailored to client needs, enhancing their operational efficiency and risk management.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and provide actionable insights to mitigate potential issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and meet project deadlines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in assurance services, preferably in a consulting environment.
  • CPA certification preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience with auditing, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
