Responsibilities
- Execute audits and review work for multiple client engagements.
- Supervise and delegate engagement responsibilities to associate-level professionals.
- Communicate and resolve issues during audit engagements with support from the engagement manager.
- Develop and execute audit strategies from planning to reporting.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance client satisfaction.
- Research, understand, and apply complex accounting and auditing procedures.
- Draft financial statements and present audit findings both verbally and in writing.
- Mentor and train associates, providing career guidance and fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Promote sustainable workplace practices, including remote-first operations, digital collaboration tools, and recycling initiatives.
Requirements
- Licensed CPA or actively pursuing CPA certification.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in public accounting, preferably in technology, life sciences, consumer products, financial services, or non-profits.
- Experience auditing complex accounts such as inventory, revenue, equity, and stock options.
- Proven leadership and supervisory experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- A strong commitment to continuous learning and problem-solving.

Pay
$85,000 - $100,000/year. The salary range is applicable for candidates in the San Francisco Bay Area who meet the minimum requirements. For other locations or qualifications, please apply and a recruiter will provide a tailored range.
Schedule
We offer a balanced work schedule with 14 Firm Holidays, including 2 floating holidays, Flex PTO, paid family leave, winter break, summer hours, and remote work options.
