Assurance Senior Associate - Healthcare Focused

The firm is seeking an Audit Senior to join its growing Healthcare practice, with the position based in either the St. Louis or Kansas City office.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, and execute assurance engagements to provide excellent client service.
• Work closely with clients and decision makers while performing a wide range of assurance procedures.
• Prepare all necessary financial statement and related disclosures and reportable‑condition correspondence letters.
• Assess the design and implementation of internal controls.
• Schedule, delegate, and train team members to help them build inspired careers.
• Collaborate with managers and principals to ensure effective communication and service delivery.
• Develop and maintain effective client relationships.
• Engage with a variety of great clients across the healthcare sector.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required).
• Eligibility to sit for the CPA exam (preferred).
• At least 2 years of relevant audit experience (required).
