About the Role
This position supports the Real Estate Industry Group, specifically the Commercial Real Estate team. As one of the country’s largest real estate advisory firms, CohnReznick offers fully integrated opportunities and cross-functional learning to fast-track your career. You’ll work with clients driving community development, addressing inequities, and advancing the industry through innovative technologies and processes.
The role is hybrid, with team members expected to be in the office an average of 3 days a week to foster in-person collaboration. The cadence of in-office presence is determined at the team level.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the engagement lead on specific client accounts
- Take responsibility for pre-engagement planning, execution, and final deliverables
- Develop detailed engagement work plans, budgets, and schedules
- Actively participate in proposals
- Manage a team of staff associates, including interns, while providing regular performance coaching and feedback
- Build respect and confidence through effective client management, timely communication, and clear direction
Requirements
- 3+ years of work experience in a public accounting firm
- Real Estate experience preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- CPA licensure achieved or eligibility to sit for the exam
- Strong experience using Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of audit software such as CaseWare or ProSystem FX
- Exceptional organizational and communication (verbal and written) skills

Pay
In Colorado, the salary range for an Audit Senior Associate is $75,000 to $110,000. Salary determination varies based on geographical location, qualifications, experience, skills, and competencies. The total rewards package also includes a discretionary performance bonus.
