Assurance Senior Associate [Commercial Real Estate Group]

About the role

CohnReznick is seeking an experienced Assurance Senior Associate to join our Real Estate Industry Group in our Denver office. This position is hybrid, with team members expected to be in the office on average 3 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the engagement lead on specific client accounts
• Take responsibility for pre-engagement planning, execution, and final deliverables
• Develop detailed engagement work plans
• Illustrate budgets and schedules
• Actively participate in proposals
• Manage a team of staff associates, including interns, while providing regular performance coaching and feedback

Requirements

• 3+ years of work experience in another public accounting firm
• Real Estate experience preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree required
• CPA licensure achieved or eligibility to sit for the exam
• Strong experience using Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of audit software such as CaseWare or ProSystem FX
• Exceptional organizational and communication (verbal and written) skills

Pay

The salary range for an Audit Senior Associate in Colorado is $75,000 to $110,000. Salary determination will vary based on factors such as a candidate’s geographical location, qualifications, experience, skills, and competencies.
