This position will support our Technology Group. CohnReznick’s Audit and Assurance professionals deliver comprehensive audit, attest, and accounting services held to the highest standards of excellence and independence, helping technology sector clients prepare for capital raises, transactions, or complex deal structures.

Responsibilities
- Drive client engagements
- Review and prepare financial statements, footnotes, workpapers, management letters, agreed-upon procedures, and other attestation engagements
- Demonstrate professional creativity in dealing with client matters and make constructive suggestions to improve client operations
- Effectively analyze client transactions, recognizing and resolving potential or existing problems with appropriate research and consulting
- Accept responsibility and utilize firm resources to complete assignments
- Oversee, mentor, and develop staff
Requirements
- 5+ years of work experience in another public accounting firm
- Technology experience preferred
- Exceptional analytical, technical, and auditing skills, including knowledge of US GAAP, GAAS, and PCAOB rules and standards
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting (required)
- CPA licensure (required)
- Exceptional client service and communication skills
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills, coupled with excellent written, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- Strong experience using Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of audit software such as CaseWare or ProSystem FX (preferred)
- Exceptional organizational and communication (verbal and written) skills
Pay
In California, the salary range for Assurance Managers is $95,000 - $160,000. Salary determination will vary based on factors such as geographical location, qualifications, experience, skills, and competencies. Salary is one component of the CohnReznick total rewards package, which also includes a discretionary performance bonus.
Schedule
This position is hybrid, requiring team members to alternate time between remote work and the office. Most professionals are located within a commutable distance to one of our offices.
