Responsibilities

As a Manager - Assurance, you will be responsible for providing financial reporting, consulting, and other specialized services. Your duties will include:

• Understanding rules, regulations, and code of professional conduct of the AICPA
• Overseeing compilation and review engagements, with special consideration given to those with a specific specialization, such as governmental auditing, business valuation certification, etc.
• Overseeing and assisting with staff development through direct on the job coaching
• Providing feedback to senior managers, directors, and principals in evaluation of staff
• Developing new client contacts and relationships beneficial to the firm
• Recognizing opportunities to provide additional services to existing clients
• Assisting in firm administrative functions as assigned by senior managers, directors, and principals

Qualifications

Successful candidates will have:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, or a similar degree in Business
• CPA license
• Strong GAAP knowledge and expertise with at least four years of public accounting experience
• Demonstrated management, analytical, organization, interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Office Suite products
• Eligibility to work in the U.S.
