Assurance Manager

About the role

The Assurance Manager position is responsible for leading audit teams, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing strategic insights to improve internal controls and risk management practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead audit engagements from planning through completion, ensuring adherence to audit standards and client expectations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to build long-term business opportunities.
• Conduct thorough financial statement audits, including testing of internal controls and identification of areas for improvement.
• Prepare and present audit findings to senior management and the board of directors.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment on audit objectives and strategies.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• CPA certification preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in audit or accounting roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay
