Position Summary Your Impact Assist with assigned assurance procedures, including audits, reviews, compilations, and agreed-upon proceduresHelp reconcile workpapers to trial balance accounts and maintain neat, complete, and organized documentationLearn and apply basic concepts of GAAP, GAAS, and other financial reporting frameworksAssist in determining testing scope, selecting samples, and applying an audit mindsetSupport the preparation of draft financial statements and help identify potential issues for discussionManage assigned tasks and workload with guidance from supervisors to meet project deadlinesCommunicate progress to team members and actively participate in team meetingsBegin developing an understanding of client industries and relevant audit considerationsParticipate in team training sessions, independent learning, and firm events to build skills and knowledgePerform other duties and display flexibility to take on a variety of responsibilities assigned by firm leadership Meet agreed upon targets to fulfill individual performance and overall firm productivity Your Background Required: Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related fieldUnderstanding of audit standards and ability to adapt to changesProficiency in learning and utilizing audit-related software and toolsStrong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaborationExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailAccurate mathematical and accounting skillsAbility to follow firm procedures and deliver high-quality workFull-time commitment and flexibility to work beyond regular hours to meet team deadlines Why Choose Us?
