Key Responsibilities
- Ensure every guest interaction aligns with Soleil Tans’ brand promise
- Deliver consistent, professional, and personalized service
- Reinforce service standards, including probing, upselling, and delivering solutions that fulfill guest needs
- Meet and exceed personal sales goals for memberships, products, and upgrades
- Support the Team Lead by monitoring and driving shift-level sales performance
- Encourage and coach partners to maximize sales opportunities
- Act as shift leader in the absence of the Team Lead
- Provide guidance, feedback, and accountability to other partners
- Support onboarding and training for new hires
- Model professional behavior and uphold all company standards
- Oversee daily operations, including equipment checks, sanitization, and store readiness
- Maintain compliance with all Soleil Tans policies & procedures
- Ensure adherence to scheduling, opening/closing duties, and store standards
- Aid in opening, closing, and shift management
- Escalate operational or guest issues to management when necessary
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of leadership/sales experience in a similar environment
- Demonstrated sales success, with proven ability to close memberships and upsell products
- Reliable, organized, and capable of managing shift-level leadership responsibilities
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Consistently meets or exceeds performance expectations
- Demonstrates initiative without being asked
- Weekend and evening availability required
