Asst Store Manager (MS)

About the role

Assists the store manager with day-to-day operations of a main store. Oversees financial, sales promotion, personnel, inventory management, and training responsibilities. As a volume-based position, grading is dependent on maintaining sales in accordance with published Volume Standards. Job Grade 4, Job Tier 2, Career Area: Retail Operations Supervisor. Job Type: Management. Positions remaining: 1 (as of 05-Oct-2026).

Requirements

• 4 years retail management experience within the last 6 years, or a Bachelor's degree and 2 years retail management experience within the last 6 years.
• PCS authorized for eligible associates.
• Relocation entitlements/allowances may vary.

Pay

Salary Minimum $62,693.00
