Responsibilities

• Assist the store manager in developing high-performing teams that exceed customer expectations.
• Recruit and onboard great talent, ensuring all team members have the knowledge and tools for success.
• Work alongside the store manager to establish and communicate a clear vision for the team.
• Champion company goals and motivate the team effectively.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales and profitability, analyze sales trends, and share insights with store associates.
• Take an active role in motivating the team and fostering open communication.
• Create a positive, enthusiastic working culture and lead by example.
• Exhibit integrity in all actions, build trust, and deliver on commitments.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of retail leadership experience.
• Self-directed with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Outstanding customer service, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to use a computerized point of sale system (SAP experience preferred).
• Must be available to work weekends as required by availability guidelines.
• 18 years of age or older with a High School Diploma or equivalent GED (preferred).
• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Must be able to stand and walk throughout the scheduled shift.
• A Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent, ongoing basis (no immigration support/sponsorship offered).

Pay

Salary range: $19.80 – $21.80 per hour.
