Asst General Counsel II

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior legal advisor for provider and payer initiatives
• Partner with teams to identify compliance-focused business models
• Negotiate complex contracts, including provider and consulting agreements
• Monitor regulatory issues and develop compliance strategies
• Conduct legal research on healthcare law and provide guidance
• Review marketing materials for regulatory compliance
• Manage external legal counsel on inquiries

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in value-based health care
• Experience with healthcare marketing compliance
• Proficiency in drafting and negotiating complex contracts
• Prominent leadership in a high-growth healthcare or telehealth setting
• Active membership in good standing in at least one state bar
