Job Overview

RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a highly dedicated Assistant Director of Patient Care for the PICU I at Community Medical Center.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current New Jersey RN License
• At least 2 years acute care nursing experience or 2 years acute care nursing experience with previous management experience
• Preferred Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing or currently matriculating

Scheduling Requirements

• Night Shift, 40 hours per week

• Manages patient care delivery on an assigned shift.
• Ensure that [unit/department/division] is in compliance with all applicable policies, laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assists the Director in managing the unit with staff schedules, evaluations, discipline & QI.

Pay

• $121,935.54 - $156,140.92 per year
