Job Overview
The University of Cincinnati College of Medicine seeks a board certified or board eligible full-time Urogynecologist and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgeon (URPS).
Essential Functions
- Develop an active clinical practice.
- Teach medical students and residents.
- Attend meetings, participate in governance, prepare materials for teaching.
- Evaluate and develop curriculum for department and/or college.
- Serve as an adviser for students and residents.
- Serve on department or hospital committees.
- Engage in other activities ancillary to or in support of the role's responsibilities.
- Render service to the professional or lay community which is relevant to the individual's academic specialty.
- Review, and where necessary, respond in a timely manner to all University-related communications.
Minimum Requirements
- Medical Degree (MD or DO)
- Completion of a board-certified residency program and formal Fellowship training in Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery (URPS)
- Ohio medical license
- Board certification or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology and Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery (URPS) is required.
- Candidates will be expected to be fully boarded in both within five (5) years.
Physical Requirements/Work Environment
Office environment/no specific unusual physical or environmental demands.
