About the role
Functions in a management role within Investment Sales. Directs assigned market's sales efforts and compliance/administrative duties regarding the sale of investment services through U.S. Bancorp Investments. Responsible for setting and achieving revenue and expense budget for assigned market, and ongoing recruiting and hiring of Financial Advisors to reach market objectives. Ensures compliance with state and federal securities laws as well as U.S. Bancorp Investment's established policies and procedures. Ensures a successful relationship is maintained between U.S. Bancorp Investments and other bank divisions.
Responsibilities
- Directs assigned market's sales efforts and compliance/administrative duties regarding the sale of investment services through U.S. Bancorp Investments.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
- Five or more years of investment experience.
- Two or more years of management experience.
- NASD Series 7, 24, 63 and 65/66, 53 or 10.

- Proficient leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational, analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
