Role Overview The Associate Wealth Advisor supports client household planning and manages client relationships by analyzing financial situations, recommending tailored solutions, and coordinating implementation with internal teams. Key Responsibilities Assist in client relationship management, including scheduling, research, account servicing, and data accuracy.Support client meetings with note-taking and follow-up on servicing and new business opportunities.Conduct internal reviews to identify opportunities and data inconsistencies.Develop understanding of holistic financial planning, risk, investments, and industry products.Collaborate across teams, participate in meetings, and contribute to projects. Qualifications & Skills 5+ years in Financial Services with financial planning experience.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; industry licenses (Life, Health, Long-Term Care, Series 7, 63, SIE).CFP® or similar designation preferred or obtainable.Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle confidential information with attention to detail.
