Responsibilities
- Support Wealth Advisor in delivering exceptional services to clients, with the potential to lead less complex client relationships.
- Demonstrate advanced capability in all wealth, investment, and financial planning processes.
- Prepare and make recommendations for client financial plans, investments, and portfolio allocations.
- Assist in preparation for client meetings, document discussions, and drive client follow-up.
- Mentor others and provide oversight of work as the primary secondary advisor.
- Progress toward greater independence in client execution, relationship management, and decision-making.
- Understand client contracts, fee schedules, and the onboarding process.
- Maintain solid and active relationships with COI peers; provide critical support to client team revenue.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3-6 years’ experience.
- CFP or CFA certification required.
- Advanced knowledge of financial planning concepts and processes.
- Strong understanding of investments, investment analysis, and building client portfolios.
- Experience with the following technology: Salesforce, Portfolio Accounting Software, DocuSign, Microsoft Suite, Planning Software.

Physical Requirements
- Work in an office environment, which may include prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds.
- Required to work onsite 4 days per week.

- Must be 18 years of age or older.
