Associate Wealth Advisor

Description The Associate Wealth Advisor will assist the Investment Team in providing high-quality customer service to existing client base. To include; fielding in-coming phone calls, making out-bound phone calls, handling client service needs, placing trades and conducting routine client reviews. Essential Duties Fielding all incoming/outgoing client inquiriesProvides high quality customer service to client baseSchedules appointments/manages own calendarProactively communicates with clientsCompletes client paperwork and assists with processingTracks clients transfers/transactions to completionPlace trades as directed Assist with less complex investment referrals and client reviewsAssist with the success of client eventsAssist with the retention of client baseMines for additional assets from existing client baseAdheres to all company and industry supervisory guidelines and policiesParticipates in required meetings, training, and continuing education requirementsTrack sales on appropriate tracking sheets Requirements Bachelor’s degree from a four year college or university; or two or more years of related experience and/or training; or the equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred. Work related experience should consist of a background in investment sales and operations with strong customer service skills. Educational experience, through in-house training sessions, formal school or financial industry related curriculum, should be applicable to the financial industry.
