About the role
Your Future Team Argent Wealth Management is a 27-year-old investment management and financial advisory services practice dedicated to providing high-quality wealth management solutions. We believe in putting our clients' interests first and maintaining a strong, client-focused culture.
Responsibilities
- Prepare individual and trust tax projections, returns, and conduct tax research
- Support a Lead Advisor in analyses and preparation of prospective and current clients’ investments, estate, and financial plans
- Participate in detailed client meetings to support the planning process, reinforce client confidence, and ensure alignment with their financial goals
- Systematically contact clients and prospective clients with relevant information about market updates that may affect their investments
- Work with Lead Advisor to incorporate strategy for referrals/introductions along with building your own network through fostering relationships with COIs
- Support business development efforts by helping to cultivate new client relationships in coordination with the advisory team
- Primary focus and role is tax return preparation from February 1st to April 15th each year, with potential for extra hours and workload
- Quarterly prepare tax estimates for tax clients
Requirements
- Broad understanding of wealth management disciplines, with an emphasis on tax planning, financial analysis, and client service excellence
- Minimum 2-5 years of relevant wealth management experience; experience with individual, trust, and gift tax return preparation is highly preferred
- CFP designation is preferred; CPA/CFA/JD highly desirable
- Series 7 License; 65 or 66 licensing
- Knowledge of income taxation relating to advising HNW and UHNW relationships
- Familiarity with CCH Axcess and BNA Income Tax Planner or equivalent software
- Willingness and desire to support all facets of wealth management
- Team player able to work in a collegial and collaborative environment

Pay
Base salary of $75,000-$125,000 plus discretionary bonus (exact base salary amount will be dependent on experience)
