Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback on social media platforms.
- Create and curate content that aligns with the company’s marketing goals and audience preferences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all social media channels.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in social media management or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and Sprout Social.
- Experience with SEO and content optimization.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.
