Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, high-quality veterinary care to patients and their families
• Participate in a diverse caseload including wellness care, surgery, dental, in-house diagnostics, urgent care, laser therapy, and boarding
• Utilize modern equipment such as digital radiology, in-house labs, laser therapy, and modern surgical equipment
• Collaborate with a supportive, compassionate team that prioritizes both patient care and staff well-being
• Grow and develop a successful veterinary career with strong DVM mentorship

Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent from an accredited university
• Active Veterinary State License (or eligibility to obtain upon hire)
• DEA license (or ability to obtain)
• USDA Accreditation (or ability to obtain)

Qualifications

• Experience in advanced veterinary medicine is preferred but not required for new graduates
• Strong mentorship and support system in place for new and experienced veterinarians alike

Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in using modern veterinary equipment and technology

Schedule

Flexible scheduling is offered to accommodate the needs of the veterinarian and the clinic.

Pay

Total compensation is individualized based on experience, schedule (full-time or part-time), location, and production. Compensation may include base salary, production incentives, sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and other applicable benefits and incentives. Total compensation package for the first year might range from $120,000-180,000+.
