Responsibilities

• Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients and their pets.
• Deliver consistent high quality medical, surgical and dental care.

Requirements

• DVM (or equivalent) licensed or eligible to practice in the US.
• Strong communication skills and a relationship-focused approach to care.
• Collaborative teammate who enjoys sharing knowledge and supporting others.
• Comfortable adapting to a busy, team-oriented hospital environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in small animal medicine preferred.
• Interest in a Medical Director role for the right candidate.

Pay

Base salary range of $120K-$140K/year, with placement within the range based on experience, skills, and leadership scope.

Schedule

Hours vary based on department needs.
