Associate Veterinarian | M-F Only, No Weekends | Gladwin, MI

About the role

North M-18 Veterinary Clinic is expanding and seeking a collaborative, confident Associate Veterinarian to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care in wellness, diagnostics, dentistry, and surgery
• Build strong client relationships through communication and education
• Collaborate on continuous workflow improvements and medical standards
• Contribute to a positive, team-driven environment

Requirements

• Licensed (or eligible) DVM in Michigan
• Full-time schedule minimum of 32 hours a week
• Strong surgical skills
• Team-oriented with a proactive, growth mindset

Compensation and Benefits

• Up to $150,000 base salary plus production for 2+ years of experience
• Up to $60,000 signing/retention bonus
