Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional medical, surgical, and preventive care for companion animal patients
• Develop individualized diagnostic and treatment plans using evidence-based medicine
• Perform soft tissue surgical procedures and dentistry based on your experience and interests
• Utilize advanced diagnostics, digital radiography, and laboratory findings to guide patient care
• Partner with clients through education, communication, and shared decision-making
• Collaborate with fellow veterinarians on challenging medical and surgical cases
• Maintain complete, accurate medical records
• Support a positive, respectful, and collaborative hospital culture
• Pursue continuing education and professional development to expand your clinical interests

Clinic, equipment & support team

• Spacious exam rooms and dedicated surgical suite

Qualifications

Required

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an AVMA-accredited college of veterinary medicine (or equivalent certification for international graduates)
• Active Washington veterinary license in good standing, or ability to obtain licensure prior to start date
• Successful completion of the NAVLE
• Commitment to practicing high-quality, evidence-based veterinary medicine
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Desire to build lasting relationships with clients and teammates
• Passion for lifelong learning and professional growth

Preferred

• Experience in small animal general practice
• Interest in surgery, dentistry, and internal medicine
• Experience utilizing digital radiography, ultrasound, and in-house laboratory diagnostics
• Interest in collaborative medicine and mentorship

Pay

Washington Pay Range: $120,000 – $135,000 USD
